year, and 2 years old. This helps us evaluate what mating’s to set up. If
you ever have to find a home for a puppy we place with you will you promise to return the dog to us? Dogs from us are not
for re-sale or re-homing.

dog training classes and do your best to make your dog a good representative of the Alaskan Klee Kai Breed and/or should any
behavior modification be required?

It is very important to us as breeder to get feedback on ALL of the
puppies we produce to ensure the health of future generations of our puppies. We ask that people buying our puppies will assist
us in this endeavor by completing a serious of health screens to be completed by their vet at 12 months old. We supply the
forms one only needs take them to the vet and have them completed. They are OFA Patella and OFA Cardiac at 12 months old.
And OFA thyroid at 24 months old (12 month old thyroid commonly gives equivocal ratings on small breed dogs since the baseline
for the test was established on larger breeds, so two years old is more accurate for thyroid testing). Do you agree to do
this testing on the dog if we place one with you? The following section in Blue writing is to be completed only if you are planning to breed the dog we
place with you. Will you agree to the have the
following done BEFORE the Alaskan Klee Kai we place with you is bred? Pass the Del Mar Breeding Quality Exam_________ Pass with normal rating the following exams prior to breeding, and require the dog you want to breed your
dog to have the same? OFA Thyroid, OFA Cardiac,
OFA Patella, CERF, Liver panel, PT/PTT & Factor VII Specific, Brucellosis, and CBC? YES_______ NO_______ Receive a CH tile in the UKC in either conformation, or agility. YES_________ NO________ Will you provide proof of spay/neuter within 30 days if he/she fails
